Delete Your BabyFlow Account
This page explains how to request the deletion of your BabyFlow account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address linked to your BabyFlow account to the address below. No additional information is required — we identify your account from the sender address.
Subject line: Delete my BabyFlow account
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
- You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, authentication identifiers)
- All baby profiles you created (name, date of birth, photos)
- Tracked activities (feedings, sleep, diapers, growth, notes, etc.)
- App preferences and settings
What data may be retained
For legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security purposes, we may retain a limited subset of records for the period required by applicable law:

Retained records do not contain identifiable baby data and cannot be linked back to you once your account is deleted.
